For handlings in an ultra clean, dust free environment
The new Captair Flow range is designed to protect samples and/or products handled into the enclosure.
Equiped with Flex technology, their modular filtration column consists of a HEPA H14 filter that provides filtration efficiency of 99.995% for particles larger than 0.1 micron (MPPS method of the EN 1822-1 standard).
Adding a carbon filter upstream the fan module protects the enclosure volume of gaseous pollutants present in ambient air.
The ultra-clean air entering the cabinet is quality ISO 5 (EN ISO 14644) which corresponds to U.S. class 100 (less than 100 particles per ft3> 0.5 microns) and class A and B of the GMP guide published by the European pharmaceutical industry.
Items placed into the enclosure are therefore protected against external contamination.

Working principle
HEPA filtration
The fan draws air from the laboratory and pass throughout the H14 HEPA filter which retains particles larger than 0.1 microns with 99.995% filtration efficiency
Samples protection
Air entering the enclosure is free of any external contamination and provides an ultra clean work atmosphere. Contamination sensitive samples are well protected.
