The fan draws in air from the laboratory and passes it through a HEPA H14 filter, which is over 99.995% effective at trapping particles over 0.3 microns in size. |

The air that enters the enclosure is free from all outside contamination, creating an ultra-clean atmosphere in which to work. In this way, any samples that pose a contamination risk are protected. |
